Spark-testers for the cable industry
SIF sas di Claudio Formenti e C, Italy, specialises in the design and development of electromechanical equipment for testing and for special applications, provides a wide range of spark-testers. Recently accredited European Standard EN50356 “Method for spark-testing of cables”, the company has introduced a new 500Hz spark-tester that has been designed for speeds of up to 666m/min with UL-standard and 2,400m/min with EN50356 standard, reducing the problem of the load capacitance of the cable and the test voltage.
