An ideal cabling system drawing tool for LANmark solutions
Nexans, France, a world-wide leader in the cable industry has developed NVT - Nexans Visio Template - to provide the ideal cabling system drawing tool for use with its LANmark copper and fibre cabling systems. NVT, which is compatible with the Microsoft Visio drawing package, enables system designers to create rack lay-out drawings and cabling schematics, and to automatically generate a Bill of Materials (BoM) from the design. NVT is intended primarily as a support tool that helps installers and integrators to present their solution to the end user. It can also be used by end users as part of their infrastructure documentation. NVT is downloadable free-of-charge from www.nexans.co.uk/e-service, which also provides free links to Visio viewers and Visio to Powerpoint converters.
