High-speed cutter of wire and tubing
The Eraser Company, USA, manufacturers of quality wire cutters, has introduced the WC301 automatic wire and tubing cutter.
The WC301 cuts wire from 10–30 AWG (2.59–.025mmø) and tubing from .010"–5/16" (.025mmø–7.93mmø).
The WC301 can quickly and accurately process up to 13,800 1" (25.4mm) pieces per hour or 6,900 10" (254mm) pieces per hour. With 99 programmable batches
and 9 variable feed rates, set-up is quick
and easy.
The unit will automatically dereel, feed
and cut material to the programmed length and count the number of pieces. This unit works in conjunction with Eraser’s new APF100 prefeeder and wire payout system.
