Techint celebrates its FlexyTech® Burner Day
Techint “FlexyTech® Burner day” was successfully held in Dalmine , Italy on 28th September last.
During the event, Techint showed numerous invited worldwide customers the operative performances and characteristics of the latest generation of burners designed in-house according to the new FlexyTech ® technology.
In the morning, some presentations highlighted the project development of the new burners from the theoretical phase up to the industrial achievements illustrating the characteristics as well as the performances. In the afternoon a field test of the burner with real-time measurements was successfully carried out at the Dalmine CSM Research Centre: the test showed exceptional results in low NOx emissions.
The main characteristic of FlexyTech® Burners is that they can operate in flame or flameless mode with a newly designed baffle, thus assuring lower spot flame temperatures. The system can be installed in lateral or frontal burners areas and it is integrated perfectly with top zones where radiant burners can be mounted.
FlexyTech® is the new Techint success to assure best performances in charge heating quality and production flexibility with special focus in low environmental impact.
