Improved Leibinger Jet2 printers
Leibinger’s successful continuous ink-jet printer series – the Jet2 SE – has been improved further and adapted to suit the market’s demand for higher speed requirements. The Jet2 SE now has a new high speed model for large fonts. In addition to this internal development, the evolution of the printer can also be clearly seen from the outside.
The new umbilical is even more resistant and is therefore suit-able for the hardest industry applications.
Starting the printer needs the push of just one button.
After the nozzle seal opens, the Jet2 SE is ready to print within one minute, without any flushing proce-dures or cleaning processes.
The company says: “This unique, fast and easy start-up method is guaranteed by the automatic nozzle seal which is standard on every model of our Jet2 SE series. When the machine shuts down the gutter tube closes the nozzle airtight. Therefore no drying or clogging can occur due to the closed ink circuit. Gone are the days of dry, clogged printers.”
The Leibinger Jet2 SE series meets all the demands which are required from ink-jet marking systems. The series is flexible, easy to integrate into existing machinery, powerful and fast.
