IDEAL-Werk’s in-house show for wire industry
IDEAL-Werk recently held an in-house exhibition at its Lippstadt factory to demonstrate its product range for the
wire working industry.
Many German customers and visitors
from Malaysia, USA, Australia and Russia, came to see latest developments such as an automatic manufacturing line for the production of single or double cross wire fencing mesh. The line consists of a wire mesh welder in DC design and a hydraulic forming press to produce V-type shapes where necessary.
Several models of wire mesh welding machines were also on display. These come in a modular design with options to produce industrial wire mesh for the manufacture of cages, baskets, point-of-sale displays and other such items.
The new wire mesh welder – IDEAL type GAE 112 – is especially designed for a quick changeover when dealing with many product changes due to the compact welding heads. Visitors also had the opportunity to see wire butt welders for the wire and cable factories. Coil joining machines for strip as well as a manufacturing line for the automotive industry were demonstrated.
