FEP film for wrapping winding wire
Suzhou Kying Industrial Materials manufactures FEP films (KYPIFEP, similar to Kapton FN) specially used for wrapping winding wire (MW-62C, MW-63C or MIL-81381) and cables for submersible oil pumps.
These films have excellent elongation (80–110%), breakdown strength (175–210kvmm), tensile strength (MD 130–150Mpa) and peel strength (over 200g/cm for the highest-level application).
The company has six production lines manufacturing 18–20 tonnes monthly, of which some 13–15 tonnes is exported.
