Reliable strength from PWM

Its range features hand-held, bench and trolley mounted designs, all of which use the multiple upset technique. The cold weld is reliably effective on most non-ferrous metals, giving a weld as strong as the parent material.
For a strong, heavy-duty machine that is both simple to operate and easy to maintain PWM recommends the M1O1. This can be either trolley- or bench-mounted and is manually operated. Using the industry standard die, it will weld most non-ferrous metals in wire or strip form in the range of 1.00–3.60mm (copper) and 1.00–5.00mm (EC aluminium)
The multiple upset action is achieved by depressing the handle four or five times to complete the weld in a matter of seconds.
