‘Rock solid’ says Shanghai East Diamond
Shanghai East Diamond Company has already been supplying all kinds of dies to original equipment manufacturers in both the USA and Europe based, the company asserts, upon its “rock-solid quality and reliability combined with cost-effective pricing.”
It has recently expanded into new products and technology and can now offer
an integrated powerful ultrasonic and electro-spark combined drawing die reconditioning machine. This has an automatic needle grinding device which the company says makes for “optimal, easy-to-achieve die processing with minimal operator intervention.”
The generation of pure ultrasonic waves leads to highly efficient die processing and optimal die profile while the automatic needle grinding device ensures accurate control of the die angle and profile. This device is equipped with a long-lasting grinding wheel while the transducer has
a titanium body for durability.
Shanghai East Diamond has also moved into the production of wire sizing and polishing equipment. It says the key words here are “high-speed” and “flexible”. The machine has six independent working heads for maximum flexibility and a high-speed, die turntable with a rotation speed of up to 2,000 rpm. It has a facility for automatic operation, where timers allow the control of time/strokes and can advise the remaining time/strokes.
Additionally the die turntable rotation axis can be adjusted up to 15 degrees from the stroke axis to allow machine to polish and blend the die profile.
