Special dies for copper wire enamelling
Mikrotek has developed special coating dies with Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) inserts which it says are a particular boon to the copper wire enamelling industry.
These new dies are the latest additions to the company’s already extensive range of dies and tools.
Mikrotek is, in its own words, “passionate about precision” and as such uses flaw-less natural diamond and perfect PCD blanks for each drawing application: “Our master craftsmen have perfected the art of die making over several
years of producing perfect contours
for a variety of applications. Superfine wire dies are their speciality.”
The company aims to be a ‘one-stop shop’ for Die Shops, not just in the domestic market but globally as well. Mikrotek’s business principle is based on its tried and tested formula: “Trust and quality, with economical prices.”
