CCV lines and other equipment from China
Specialising in the supply of wire and cable machinery, Well Gain Cable Systems Ltd, Hong Kong, offers CCV lines that are suitable for XLPE power cables up to 35kV. These lines have been sold to many customers in China and world-wide with well-proven performances. They provide cable makers with a reliable solution for XLPE cables production with an affordable investment.
Typical composition of the lines includes: 2,500mm pay-off, belt-wrap capstan, 65+150+90 extruder group, 3-layer co-extrusion crosshead, nitrogen vulcanisation system, cooling system, caterpillar and 3,150mm take-up. Other compositions are also available according to customer’s requirements. CCV-lines are capable of producing cables with conductor size ranging from 35 to 630mm2 (copper) and 50 to 800mm2 (aluminium).
Well Gain Cable Systems Ltd also offers wire and cable machinery, either stand alone equipment or complete plant, and suitable for different applications, such as power cables, communication cables and fibre optic cables.
