New CNC-spring coiling machines
Established in 1948 and specialising in the production of spring coiling machines, Simplex-Rapid Srl, Italy, has recently introduced its new range of multi-axis CNC-spring coiling machines, series MC- X, designed for the production of compression springs, even with complicated form and pitch variations.
The new series features a flexible configuration (modular concept - versions with 3 up to 8 axes), a new software with 2D and 3D functions, a fully digital electronic system with high-definition absolute transducers for a remarkable increase in the output rate, precision and easiness of use. The MC-X series also features an integrated SPC software with measuring systems through video camera, an Intel Pentium processor with wide LCD touch-screen monitor, as well as a pre-setting for connection to LAN, WAN, VPN. The MC-X series comprises the following machines:
- MC -5 for 0.08 to 0.6mm wire Ø;
- MC-10 for 0.15 to 1.0mm wire Ø;
- MC-15 for 0.25 to 1.5mm wire Ø;
- MC-30 for 0.40 to 3.0mm wire Ø.
