| Shakun Polymers Limited, India, is a leading manufacturer of a wide variety of wire and cable compounds for cable application.
The company has an extensive range of Halogen Free Flame Retardant compounds, and have developed a very flexible grade of Halogen Free Compound called �ZHFR-40 F�. This grade meets stringent fire tests i.e. UL VW1. Some of the leading cable companies have approved this grade for manufacture of special cables.
Shakun has also developed a Halogen Free Flame Retardant Silane Cross Linkable grade called �ZHFR-35 SIXL. It has very good mechanical properties and is very simple to use. Cable manufacturers can directly extrude the grade and produce cable. Curing is done either by steam or hot water.
