| The DV1 Twin Wheel Wire Stripper strips magnet, enamel and film insulated wires from 35 to 16 AWG (0.14mm� to 1.30mm�); square wire up to 1/4" (6.35mm) and rectangular wire up to 1/4" x 1" (6.35mm x 25.4mm). The DV1 has strip lengths from 3/8" to 2-1/2" (9.5mm to 63mm) and uses FybRglass� stripping wheels to cleanly strip wire with no damage or nicking to the conductor. Wire brush wheels can be used for more abrasive stripping applications that require a roughened surface to aid in soldering. The unit also offers an integral dust collection system to trap insulation residue as it is removed during the stripping process.
