The Germ-Allcard copper wire drawing lubricants are formulated to provide the optimum balance of lubrication and cleanliness. This balance provides greater die and capstan protection, long emulsion life and consistent production, eliminating manufacturing downtime. This range of products includes the Priamus family of heavy-duty lubricants for rod breakdown, intermediate wire drawing and small section strip production. The range includes the unique Priamus X10 that forms a biostable emulsion providing high-lubrication and prolonged life. Also included in the company�s Germ-Allcard range of products are drawing lubricants for intermediate, fine and superfine applications in single wire and multi-line machines. The Wirol family of lubricants combines synthetic and semi-synthetic lubrication to provide extreme cleanliness for critical applications. This range range includes Wirol 5000, a semi-synthetic product that forms an emulsion with unique lubricating properties.
