Suitable for dies sizing from 0.5 to 2.5mm �, the unit is suitable for the full range of dies used in multi-line and intermediate machines, including those producing heavy metals such as tungsten wire, steel wires and platinum wires.
The model WPM-1 has been designed to maintain a fine balance between rotary, oscillating and reciprocating movements throughout the operation. The automatic wire tensioning arrangement maintains a constant tension during the operation. In addition, a die collet arrangement allows dies to be set-up in seconds, minimising setting and removing time.
