| Die Quip Corp., USA, has recently introduced its new lapping pin grinder for steel, wood, carbide or other materials using in lapping wire drawing dies. The new model PG3 replaces the company�s current PG2 pin grinder that has been in production for over 12 years. The updated PG3 is CE compliant and has an improved table travel system and grinding wheel spindle.
The new grinding wheel spindle makes it easier to change grinding wheels and allows the user to choose from a wider variety of grinding wheel widths and grits. The PG3 includes Die Quip�s sine bar angle setting system to ensure the correct angle is ground onto the lapping pin every time.
