The company has recently launched a new high-speed, fine-wire respooler that is custom designed to match individualised applications for overall cost savings and increased efficiency.
The new respooler can be custom designed according to cost and range from manual to fully automated systems. Offering speeds up to 760m/min, the new respooler accepts fine wire starting at 0.13mm �. With interchangeable, cantilevered arbours, changing spools is made quick and easy thereby increasing productivity. A mini accumulator-dancer provides tension and speed control and works with multiple wire sizes to help control snags and breakage. Regenerative drive and a mechanical traverse provide for tightly wound, kink free packages. The Huestis respooler comes standard with an automatic footage counter and wire break detector mechanisms for increased production efficiency. Lexan guards and covers allow for full viewing of the entire process.
