New management team at Dätwyler UK
Dätwyler Cables+Systems AG, Switzerland, has recently announced that Mr Graham Small and Mr Mark Owen have been appointed as the new mangement team of Dätwyler (UK) Ltd. As sales director, Mr Small will be responsible for the strategic direction of Dätwyler UK and will be the company´s figurehead for public and customer relations purposes. Finance Director Mark Owen will be in charge of financial and operational issues. Both are experienced in the cabling industry and have profound knowledge of their business.
Mr Small started with Dätwyler UK in 1998 as sales manager, responsible for fire-safety products and industrial fibre optics. After graduating in Business Studies, he worked for STC/Pirelli for fourteen years. He then joined ABB Cables for six years as sales manager for the UK. His career includes various positions in sales, especially in the areas of data, telecommunications and building management cabling, industrial control and instrumentation cabling, as well as energy and safety cables. Mr Mark Owen joined Dätwyler UK as finance manager in June 1999. A Chartered Accountant, he worked for six years in the wholesale and distribution sector prior to joining Dätwyler.
