Delachaux
Alain Bernard, Marketing and Sales Director of the cable and extrusion department of Delachaux, France, has been promoted to International Sales Director of the Conductic branch located at the group headquarters in Gennevilliers.
Mr Bernard joined the cable industry in 1993 when he unexpectedly took over the bankrupt company Godderidge which he then integrated into the cable department of the Delachaux group. Since that time he has been the worldwide champion of the Rollertwist stranding technology and Delachaux fibre optic equipment.
Mrs Peggy Grillet has been promoted to Sales Manager of the Delachaux cable and extrusion department. A well-known figure in the international wire and cable industry, Mrs Grillet has worked in the cable
and extrusion department since 1995.
Mr Bernard says: “We all wish her success for this new challenge.” For his part he says: “I will miss the friendship of my customers and competitors. I wish everyone all the very best for the future.”
Mr Bernard will continue in his role
as President of the French international wire and cable exhibitors association, IWCEA France.
