Nextrom sells its shares in Maillefer
Nextrom Holding SA, Switzerland, has recently sold its 21% ownership in Maillefer SA, Switzerland, a world leading provider of extrusion and winding solutions to the wire, cable and pipe industries, to the main shareholder of the company, Maillefer Participations Sarl. The proceeds will be used to finance Nextrom’s development projects in the optical fibre and cable area. The sale does not have an impact in the equity of Nextrom.
