Three leading French companies merge
Groupe Numalliance, France, is the result of the alliance of three French leading companies in CNC machinery and tooling, supplying the wire and tube forming industry. Formed by the merging of Macsoft, Latour and Satime, Numalliance offers a complete line of CNC wire and tube forming machinery. Of particular interest is the group’s portfolio of wire forming machinery that comprises a large series of 2D-wire benders, available with or without welding option. In addition, Numalliance offers a basic F-series of machines for 3D requirements, as well as the Robomac series and the FX-series of multi axis wire and tube benders.
For higher production needs, Numalliance offers its Numac platform, a multiple-slide style CNC programmable machine suitable for high-volume and high-precision production. The fast changeover capability (30-60 minutes) of the Numac offers high-speed, while allowing smaller batch sizes.
For even larger quantities, Numalliance specialises in custom-built machinery and production lines that can handle virtually any production need, including secondary operations such as flattening, punching, welding, end-forming and other difficult requirements. These multiple station, transfer lines offer a high-level of automation that maximises productivity rates. Numalliance also engineers and manufactures complete press tooling packages for complex tool shapes.
