Maillefer opens customer service office in North America
Swiss company Maillefer recently opened a new customer service office in North America, enabling customers from the USA and Canada to gain immediate access to the full range of Maillefer parts and services.
Sharon Nathaniel, formerly of Cable and Tubing Solutions (CTS), has been appointed to the position of customer service manager. From her desk in Ontario, Canada, she will handle customer contacts, sales and follow-up for parts and services. She is assisted by service engineer Jon Williams in Tennessee, who will be able to provide assistance out in the field. Services include troubleshooting, maintenance, training, commissioning and technical audits.
The North American agent, CTS, continues to represent Maillefer. Brett Hamner, CTS President, will focus his efforts on the sales and promotion of wire and cable manufacturing solutions.
