It’s Cimteq… as if by magic
The cable design software company Electronic Magic Ltd has changed its name to Cimteq to strengthen the Computer Integrated Manufacturing brand focus.
Owner Ali Shehab says: “During the past few months, and in parallel with our technical services, we have developed a strong corporate identity that will accurately represent our company and its products and services to our clients and prospects.”
“Even though our company name is changing, all core activities will remain the same,” he adds. “Cimteq Ltd will continue to provide Cable Builder as its flagship product and all the required services to implement and support it. Cimteq will continue to develop Cable Builder and other related products to serve the wire and cable markets. Our focus will remain on cable design and sales and marketing tools with an emphasis on value adding components and features.”
Mr Shehab reports that the company has thrived in the past year: “We have seen our client base extend from Europe to include North America and Africa too. El-Sewedy Cables, a very important Egyptian company and one of the largest in the Middle East, chose Cable Builder to improve their customer service and streamline their design and technical processes.”
