Expansion for Fang Sheng Screw
Fang Sheng Screw Company is expanding its fastener manufacturing facility in Kangshan, Taiwan. The new extension will be able to clean and anneal more than
2,000 tonnes per month of hot-rolled wire rod to feed its fastener operation.
For the annealing section, the company has selected the latest bell-type furnace technology from Rad-Con of the USA. The Rad-Con system uses a 100% hydrogen atmosphere circulated by its Super-High Convection system for superior uniformity of results.
Fang Sheng Screw Co says:
“This expansion continues our strategy
of vertically integrating manufacturing processes critical to the quality of our product and the strength of our supply chain. The facility will be fully operational by
the end of the year.” Fang Sheng Screw Co is a manufacturer of alloy steel socket screws (SCM 435H). Its socket screws, bearing the mark YFS, are targeted at the high quality global fastener market.
