Beijing Sanxin Wire Drawing Die Company Ltd
Since incorporating in the USA last year Sanxin Wire Die Inc has reported a good reaction to its sales and marketing effort there.
The company offers North American wire manufacturers the chance to ‘try before you buy’ to encourage them to have a close look at its dies, and says: “They will find using Sanxin’s dies is an inexpensive way to help keep their machines running at peak performance.”
The Chinese side of Sanxin Inc – Beijing Sanxin Wire Drawing Die Company – has, in addition to dies, also developed a range of die polishing and grinding machines “for use by customers
who prefer to service their own dies”.
It continues: “Consistent with our role as an emerging global die supplier, we place a very high emphasis on technology
and advanced machinery. We import numerically controlled lasers from the USA and highly advanced die profile measuring equipment from Norway to complement a wide range of Chinese produced parts.”
The company has its own continuous and intensive research and development programme which it says is now bearing fruit: “We own and employ special proprietory techniques in our metal powder mounting, laser drilling and
die-making processes. Our customers see the results in highly reliable products.” These customers are spread as far apart
as Taiwan, Vietnam, Singapore, Australia and Europe.
Alongside these developments, Beijing Sanxin has also been investing heavily in Shanghai CIMIC Diamond Company – the largest wire drawing die manufacturer in China – and to date owns 45% of
that company’s stock and provides daily management input to its operations.
