Sprint Ethernet ServicesSM are offered at 10Mbit/s, 100Mbit/s and Gigabit Ethernet (1,000Mbit/s) speeds, allowing customers to mix speeds by location and application. Sprint teamed with Nortel Networks, Canada, to launch Sprint Ethernet Services in Las Vegas. Sprint deployed Nortel Networks Passport� 8600 Routing Switch, a key component of Nortel Networks Optical Ethernet portfolio, positioning it to deliver reliable carrier-class solutions designed to meet the networking needs of businesses.
