| Donnelly Industries / Kinrei of America has recently announced that it has purchased certain assets of Watson Machinery International Inc, USA. The assets include the intellectual property, all technical information, and original drawings of the companies Watson Machinery International Inc, Wire Machinery Corporation of America Inc, The Edmands Company, The New England Butt Company and Peachtree Fiber Optics. To service and support all existing users of this equipment, a new division, called Watson Parts and Service Company, has been set-up at Donnelly Industries Inc., in conjunction with the Kinrei of America Div.
From now on, Watson Parts and Service Co will redouble its efforts to make every machine user aware of where they can obtain reasonably priced OEM parts while providing quick delivery. Watson Machinery, plus the companies listed above, had the largest installed base of wire stranding and cabling machinery in the USA. The new company, Watson Parts and Service, will be committed to improving the service that has been provided in the past. The company�s goal will be to minimise downtime for all customers.
