Having already established substantial business interests in the UK for its products, Pemsa has previously serviced the UK market through an intermediary. The decision to launch Pemsa UK reflects the company�s desire to directly service this growing market, to ensure that consistently high levels of customer service, stock and product management are delivered to valued customers.
Steel wire cable tray is the increasingly popular alternative to cable tray and trunking systems as it is faster and easier to install and can reduce labour costs by up to 30% compared to standard cable tray and trunking systems. It is used across different sectors and geographies for a number of uses, including supporting electrical and data cabling, optical fibres and gas piping. The UK market for steel wire cable tray systems has grown from virtually zero to �8 million over the course of the past 6-7 years, making it the fastest growing range of products in the electrical industry.
