| Scapa Polymerics, UK, a manufacturer of global tapes and compounds, has recently announced the appointment of Mr Steven J. Schnabel as Commercial Manager for North America and Asia, and Mr Julian M. Greenhalgh as Commercial Manager, Europe.
Mr Schnabel joined Scapa Polymerics following the acquisition of Lantor, USA, in July 2001. He has over 15 years experience in the industry and has held various positions, including business unit manager with Lantor for the non-wovens market and general manager of Scapa�s Mansfield, USA site. He will now oversee sales in Asia, as well as in the United States. Mr Julian Greenhalgh has held the position of sales manager with Scapa since 2001 and came to the company from Farrel where he was also sales manager. Mr Greenhalgh�s appointment leads to the co-ordination of commercial and sales management across Europe.
