| Supplying a comprehensive range of high-end cable manufacturing systems for telecom, LAN, RF, optical fibre, automotive and low-voltage power cables, Rosendahl Maschinen GmbH, Austria, recently confirmed a successful wire D�sseldorf 2004 exhibition where visitors from more than 450 different companies have shown broad interest in the company�s machines and lines on display.
Among others, the company presented a new corrugation and welding line that allows corrugator rotation to reach speeds up to 8,000rpm in combination with Rosendahl�s new on-line contour measurement for corrugated outer conductors. The company, who also exhibited a complete turnkey equipment package for RF-cable production together with the extrusion lines, claimed that some visitors found new application possibilities for the RF-cable production line.

The company�s tandem SZ-stranding filling jacketing line was also of high interest to visitors and one of the orders signed during the exhibition even included the exhibited machines. Also the interest for other displayed equipment, such as the FEP-foaming group, the automotive quick colour change system, the FFCe equipment and the premises cable solution was above expectations, according to the company.
