Stevens Manufacturing Corp�s assets to establish a new manufacturing division. The new division, Sjogren Manufacturing Inc., will produce a portion of Sjogren�s existing wire tooling product line, as well as high-precision, sub-contract machining services. The driving force behind this decision was to provide wire tooling customers with faster turn-around times and competitive pricing without sacrificing quality. �This new division has the manpower and equipment needed to streamline the production of our wire tooling product line. We discovered that it was much more cost-effective to acquire an existing machine shop rather than expanding our current facility in Oxford.
