| Maschinenfabrik Niehoff GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, has recently taken over the complete records and rights from the German company Maschinenfabrik Bongard GmbH to build Bongard�s machines and lines. Bongard�s production and sales of equipment delivery programme, as well as service and spare part supply will from now on be provided by Niehoff. Specialists from the former Bongard team will still be available. Niehoff will use the synergies of its world-wide sales and service network and integrate the new Bongard machines �made by Niehoff� step by step into its delivery programme. Niehoff will mainly focus on the practice-proven Bongard coiler programme for coiling bare, plated and insulated conductors.
In addition, Niehoff have confirmed that a close co-operation has been agreed between themselves and Bongard Trading GmbH & Co. KG in the field of second hand machines. Projects with production lines consisting of second-hand and new machines will be managed together. This co-operation will result in a reliable and trustful business partnership for customers in the wire and cable industry. Complying with the quality standard DIN ISO 9001 and the environmental protection standard DIN ISO 14001, Niehoff develops and builds machinery and lines for drawing, annealing, tin-plating, bunching, spooling and braiding of non-ferrous wires, plus machines for stranding and coiling of insulated conductors.
