L�mne� Bruk AB, Sweden, a manufacturer of equipment for the wire industry, has recently acquired Hi-Draw Machinery Ltd, UK, as well as the company�s subsidiaries that comprise: Hi-Draw Engineering Ltd, Process and Technology Ltd, Hi-Draw International Ltd, CM Wire Equipment Ltd, NFE Non Ferrous Engineering Ltd, Deco-Rollex Ltd and Protec Ltd. This acquisition will enable L�mne� Bruk AB and Hi-Draw group companies to combine their know-how and technologies, strengthening the capabilities of the companies and ensuring their position as leading suppliers to the wire industry. This will benefit the customers of Hi-Draw group companies, as well as the customers of L�mne� Bruk AB. Hi-Draw group will continue to supply Hi-Draw equipment and Hi-Draw spare parts to their customers. This includes service and technical assistance on all Hi-Draw equipment.
