| Eurocable and Rosendahl, Austria, report the successful �Open House� day organised last May 2003 by both companies in Moscow for the opening of the new fibre optic cable manufacturing facility. Mr Edward Kim, Eurocable�s general director, and a participant of the local government presided over the ribbon-cutting ceremony, which officially opened the new facility. More than 45 experts from over 15 leading Russian and CIS fibre optic cable companies attended the event during which Eurocable presented the history of the company, highlighting the evolution of the firm�s growth. Key members from Rosendahl provided a technical overview of the current fibre optic technology and introduced new developments in this area. Mr Gerhard Jakopic, Rosendahl sales director, and Mr Rene Stoeckl, Rosendahl area sales manager, presented the fibre optic production facility to the guests and attendees.
