TSI Incorporated, USA, has announced the addition of an on-line return material authorisation (RMA) system on its website. The goal of this system is to make returning TSI instruments for repair or recalibration easier than ever. With the new automated system, customers can arrange for verification, recalibration or repair of any TSI instrument by obtaining a return material authorisation (RMA) on-line. To save time, simply log on to the TSI website and click on �RMA/Contact Information�. If the on-line version is selected, simply complete the information requested in the forms and automatically receive the RMA number necessary for service. Users outside of North America will be referred to their local distributor for service.
