RGK marks a milestone for Uhing
Uhing, known as the rolling ring traverse inventor, presents its latest development:
the RGK traversing system for 20mm shafts. This Uhing product once again marks
a milestone with regard to quality and price (down by 20%). Cutting-edge production technologies, high-quality material, perfect corrosion protection, continuous pitch setting, reduced operational noise and a free movement lever are standard features
for the RGK.
Traversing width adjustment on the traversing system for coils of different widths is not required in conjunction
with the non-contact FA flange detecting system. FA has proven its worth in numerous applications and is a favourably priced component for automating rolling ring traverses.
The EWS, an electronic winding system, will increase in many cases the quality of winding. Round and ribbon-type material require different handling and that is what the EWS offers: suitable solutions on customer requirements. In addition to the traverses Uhing also offers the material guiding system GS, which can be adapted easily to the customer’s requirements.
Apart from other rolling ring traverses Uhing also offers products for fast-action clamping on smooth shafts: the easylock system which allows the transmission of torque onto the spool and the U-Clip an easy to use clamping system for spools etc. Uhing offers a fast service and it has expertise in development, construction and production.
