Innovative packaging lines from EFAF
Engineering Future Automazione Flessibile (EFAF) is committed to providing innovative and reliable packaging lines to the international wire and cable industry. The main characteristics of the innovative EFAF packaging lines are high produc-tivity, combined with flexibility that makes the product extremely versatile.
All of the components used in the manufacturing of its packaging lines such as driven/flyer pay-offs and coilers, are presently within the company’s standard scope of supply. This ensures the minimum inventory of spare parts.
EFAF manufactures five ranges of automatic coil winding lines: Mautomatic 300, 400, 500, 600 and MAC, and two ranges of automatic spool winding lines – MAB 350 and 630.
The Mautomatic 300 automatic coil winding line packages six coils per minute. The MAC is a new range of cheap, automatic, easy, compact and ready to work coilers also available in a combi designed to package the cable in coils and spools. The MAB 350 automatic spool winding line packages up to three spools per minute.
EFAF’s production also includes: auto-
matic rewinding lines, automatic labelling devices with applicator and pallet wrapping machines with stretch film.
EFAF is proud to have achieved ISO recognition for the quality management systems it has implemented.
