Versatile solutions for load handling
Material loads up to 2000kg in weight
can be handled efficiently and safely using vehicle-mounted cranes manufactured by Penny Hydraulics. The Maxiloader and Swing Lift models are ideal for delivery, service and engineering applications where operators need to handle loads of all shapes and sizes.
The Maxiloader range has capacities up to 1500kg and can be installed easily on pick-ups, drop-sides, flat-beds and box vans
to reduce the need for external handling equipment. The compact, lightweight designs ensure maximum available vehicle floor space with minimal impact on carrying capacity. The cranes incorporate manual boom extensions with three height settings and fully controlled manual or hydraulic slew mechanism for precise and safe operation in all configurations. Options include support legs for additional stability when handling loads.
The larger Swing Lift range has capacities up to 2000kg for use on flat-bed, tippers and other delivery vehicles. The reach
is between 1.1–3.5m with manual or hydraulic extension and fully hydraulic slewing.
The unit folds down to the king post when not in use to maximise the available floor and load space. The lifting hook is also fully retractable.
All Penny Hydraulics cranes are compatible with CE standards and feature a number of safety features to protect the operator, vehicle and load. These include patented overload protection, remote control and overwind protection.
