Kurre handling equipment
Kurre declares itself a competent partner in the cable and wire machinery arena. The company, which celebrated its 25th anniversary last year, supplies machines from single units up to complete extrusion lines.
The main features of Kurre’s lines are, it says, “an extremely compact construction, maximum usability and best service”.
Kurre’s latest innovation is its own extrusion line control. This modular assembled control, based on a Siemens S7-SPS, uses the simplest menu guidance over a touch screen and was developed in close cooperation with operators. Within the range of small core insulating and cable sheathing lines, Kurre says it offers “extraordinary solutions”.
An important division is that for pay-offs
and take-ups. Kurre supplies a broad range of products consisting of shaft, roller and pintle winders up to a spool diameter of 1250mm. Whether for the thinnest wire, fibres, flat or round products, Kurre is confident it can supply the right winder.
Specially-developed spool take-up techniques allow the use of a wide spool spectrum without pintle change and spigot. Whether as a stand-alone unit or integrated into complete lines, Kurre says its pay-offs and take-ups are extremely user-friendly.
Customers of Kurre enjoy the advantage that nearly all components are developed and manufactured by the company itself. This in turn ensure that Kurre can back-up its sales efforts with a large and secure stock of spare sparts for servicing.
Today Kurre is an active worldwide manufacturer of cable and wire machines which it delivers to customers all over the world who appreciate the sophisticated solutions that the company is able to offer.
