Range of Hi-Voltage Wire Constructions

Daburn Electronics and Cable Corp, USA, stocks High Voltage wire in 3 insulations: Silicone Rubber, Teflon and Polyethylene, offering high temperature as well as Hi-Voltage products in its Hi- Voltage product offerings.

UL approved High Voltage Silicone Rubber insulated lead wire is available from stock in #22 through #10 AWG; tinned cooper; with voltage ratings in each gauge from 20 KVDC to 40 KVDC; VW-1; rated 2000C (1500c per UL style 3239.) Standard put ups: 100’, 1000’. Standard color: Natural [off-white.] Additional colors are available to order.

In addition, Daburn also offers a series of High-Voltage Corona Resistant Teflon wire, which is available from stock in #26 to #8 AWG, stranded, silver plated copper (nickel plate is available to order) with voltage ratings of 2.5KVAC/10KVDC to 15KVAC/50KVDC; Temperature rating of 200°C to 250°C (nickel plated copper); 10 solid colors (tracers are available to order). This series offers the advantages of Teflon with smaller OD’s than traditional Hi-Voltage products. Standard put-ups: 250’, 500’, 1000’.

The Daburn line also includes a series of High-Voltage polyethylene insulated tinned copper wire; shielded and unshielded up to 60 KVDC; #22 to #14 AWG stranded, tinned cooper; 90°C Temp ratings (60°C UL constructions). Standard put-ups: 100’, 500’, 1000’.
