Carbide nibs for wire drawing and fasteners
Ajex & Turner Ltd, India, has specialised in the manufacture of wire drawing dies made in polycrystalline, natural diamond and tungsten carbide for the last three decades. The company also provides the industry with carbide pallets/nibs for the wire drawing industry as well as cold heading pallets for the fastener industry. Ajex’s nibs are well accepted and their hardness, inside geometry, outer diameter are manufactured as per requirement of Indian Standard. Ajex also offer finish and semi-finish dies ranging from 0.1 to 60mm in carbide and 20µm to onward sizes in natural diamond. These dies are shaped and polished through the use of laser machines.
