Ultra-fine wire drawing machine

Of particular interest is the company’s ultra-fine wire drawing machine, model Z-16-01-08, with integrated take-up model GSO-0125-F-N-E-EL, which has been especially designed for bare and tin plated copper wire, Al, Pt, and Ag for a finish wire diameter ranging from 0.012 to 0.030mm. The new model features easy and simple operation thanks to horizontal positioning of the drawing capstans. The spool shaft with directly coupled AC motor is mounted on a sledge and the perfect traversing of the sledge is guaranteed via high-precision longitudinal guide-ways. Therefore, straight wire line from the pull-out capstan to the spool ensures an optimum traverse quality. The wire traverse is automatically controlled by optical detection. The compact machine housing, incorporating drawing machine and take-up, is designed in a robust construction as a bench-type machine and also includes an integrated wiring cabinet with all operating and display elements.
Henrich GmbH also offers continuous service and technical support, analysis systems by teleservice, including machine installation, commissioning, training of the operating and maintenance personnel, as well as upgrading of existing machines.
