Ultra-fine wire enamelling machines

Founded in 1936, Aumann is a German manufacturer specialising in the design of coil and motor winding systems for wire sizing from 0.01 to 5mm Ø, as well as wire enamelling equipment. The company’s fine and ultra-fine wire enamelling product line includes single and dual-line machines, as well as the self-bond enamel equipment. The company offers its models DLH, that are are designed for all conventional enamels, enamelling the wire in a horizontal oven tube. The DLH series comprises: - DLH 145 for Cu wires ranging from 0.01 to 0.03mm Ø; - DLH 170 for Cu wires ranging from 0.02 to 0.05mm Ø; - DLH 220 for Cu wires ranging from 0.03 to 0.07mm Ø; - DLH 250 for Cu wires ranging from 0.05 to 0.12mm Ø; - DLH 280 for Cu wires ranging from 0.08 to 0.20mm Ø;

The compact clear modular design of the machine, with constant baking conditions, allows the economic production of high-quality enamelling wires and guarantees a simple operation where all machine parameters can be adjusted individually, smooth running wires, in-line drawing unit for optimal copper wire structure and economic wire stock control, as well as quality control by process monitoring and adjustment. Due to the modular design, DLH machines can be adapted to all production requirements. A complete system consists of in-line draw box, annealer, enamel applicator, baking oven with cooling system, in-line quality control systems, double spooler for bi-conical spools and full automatic WireJet controller with graphical visualisation. These cost-effective systems provide high-production speeds and output, as well as high and consistent wire quality, easy operation and long service life, as well as high-potential for rationalisation.
