Die-rolling cassette for multi-drawing lines
Manufacturing equipment for cold shaped wire, Promills Srl, Italy, has recently introduced a new die-rolling cassette, model Pro1131DH, that can expand the production of multi-drawing lines to medium-small diameter ribbed wire. This new device features a standard 43 x 27mm Ø water cooling die holder, a lubricant tank, as well as a real, completely adjustable, cooling and greasing 3 roll group.
This hybrid rolling cassette has been designed to suit smooth or one-step ribbed wires that space (pass through) or approach the rolls. Designed with a small overall dimensions (455mm), the new die-rolling cassette can be put directly onto most of the existing multi-drawing lines.
