All types of pay-offs & take-ups from Spain
Flymca from Spain manufactures rotating cable machinery. The cabling lines can be rigid, tubular, drum twister, planetary and assemblers or bow type cablers.
These lines are completed with different types of pay-offs and take-ups, taping and binding heads for one or multiple pads, capstans with pulleys, by belt, caterpillars and other ancillary equipment to suit various requirements.
The cantilever models can handle bobbin diameters from 500–1600mm with loading and lowering, closing and opening by hydraulic devices. Recommended for rewinding lines, the cantilever type of pay-off and take-up can be joined to an accumulator, a dancer or a traversing device.
Static column models can handle bobbin diameters from 500–2000mm with motorised loading and lowering of bobbins. Opening and closing is done by pneumatic cylinders.
Self-traversing models with columns can handle bobbin diameters from 1600–4000mm and all the movements are motorised.
Also in Flymca’s pay-off and take-up product range are models with mobile columns, gantry with columns (Kabmatic), rotating, multiple and double automatic take-ups.
