Spool for welding wires
New Spool was established to specialise in the manufacture and sale of a new type of spool made of steel, which can be used for welding wire. This spool is made from slightly coppered drawn steel wire with a diameter of 4mm. The company’s range of products includes the BS300/18KG, which holds up to 18kg of welding wire, the BS300/22KG, which can accommodate up to 22kg of welding wire and the BS200/5KG, which holds up to 5kg. These types of spools can be supplied either in copper or plastic coated, according to the client’s requirements.
The spool is known for its precise geometry, narrow tolerances, suitability for layer winding, and the fact that no spool adapter is required. Also, as the basket fits directly onto any standard wire feed unit and it is environmentally-friendly, this means that the spool is fully recyclable when
the wire is used and there are no extra costs for disposal.
