System can wind copper/aluminium wires
The ACE coil winding system has been designed to wind round and shaped copper and aluminum wires, and is suitable for use in the winding of electric motor, transformer and other types of coils with a constant tension.
As it is fully programmable, the system’s operator can pull up recipes based on job number, customer name, and so on, so that all of the parameters, such as tension, turn counts, speed and traverse control, can be quickly retrieved.
This modular system consists of a winding machine, a graphical controller, a traversing/tension controller and a de-reeling unit.
Perfect coils are achieved by providing the correct tension for any particular coil, traversing for laying with no crossovers
and using the proper torque.
