Shanghai Nanyang Electrical Equipment Factory started to produce high-speed braiders in 1999 and claims it was
“the first manufacturer to make the ‘man-machine braider interface’.” Nanyang now has more than 20 engineers specialising in research and development. The company has made braiders in both vertical and horizontal models.
These can handle light (copper wire diameter 0.03mm) or heavy (steel wire diameter 0.4mm) wire with a braiding core ranging from 0.2mm to 70mm.
Nanyang has high-quality processing facilities for every step of the production process. For instance, vertical and horizontal processing centres, numerical control mil-ling machine, lathe, numerical control lathe and so on. All of these ensure the precision of every component.
The company says: “As a result, more and more of our braiders have been exported to countries such as Japan, Korea, America, France, England and Italy. The braiders also have a good reputation with our domestic customers. We always listen to our customers’ opinions and try to improve the quality of
