Bobbin winders
OMA’s new fully automatic bobbin winder Type BTA 4/90 with its creel type pay-off will make its debut at wire 2006. Also the CDF 4/BP which is able to wind in parallel up to four bobbins at the same time with a maximum speed of 6000rpm.
A high-precision metre counter enables the machine to programme the spool’s filling level and it executes a fully automated bobbin replacement cycle without any operator assistance, depositing the bobbins into removable containers.
